Cecil is excited to be appointed as pastor to Center. He believes that with each new appointment, God provides another chance for renewal and positive ministry. He expects nothing less than God blessing Center with fruitful ministry for many years to come.

Keith Bradley - Youth Director

Keith became a Christian at the age of 14, and then after high school graduation attended Brevard College, where he increased his love and familiarity of the Methodist church.  He went on to attend Winthrop University where he studied Music and Special Education. Family health problems lead to a decision to leave Winthrop and return home to work for several years.  During that time he attended CPCC (1997), obtaining an associate's degree in Special Education.  From there he taught/T.A.'d Special/Behavioral Education in public and private school settings, often attempting to return to school for youth ministry. With jobs and family illness relocating him, he voluntarily co-led youth ministry programs and praise/worship music ministry at three different churches from 2000-2006. In 2007, he became the part time Youth Pastor at Summerfield UMC (where he met his wife, Ellen); in 2009 he became the full time Youth Pastor/Director of Christian Education at First UMC/Newport News, VA. God's sovereignty and plan lead him back to NC where he started at Mt. Olivet UMC and married Ellen in 2011

Keith's overriding drive is for ALL, especially young people, to begin, develop, and grow in real relationship with Jesus Christ, and realize God's desire to "love on" us, guide us, and teach us to love & serve one another!!  He enjoys and excels in playing saxophone and clarinet, and singing-most enjoyably in quartets. Ellen and Keith have 3 animal kids- our Aussie Shepherd - Sirus, Boxer/Collie mix - Murray, and Ellen's cat-Opie, AND are in the process of adopting 2 great kids! Ellen teaches preschool-aged children with special needs at Haynes Inman Education Center in Jamestown NC.

Lisa was raised in the Baptist Church and grew up singing in the church choir and music ensembles, inspiring her love for both traditional hymns and contemporary Christian music.
